Located in the heart of TriBeCa, the Greenwich Hotel provides luxury accommodations in a landmarked historic neighborhood. As part of a major renovation of the penthouse suite and terraces, VERDANT collaborated with internationally acclaimed designer Axel Vervoordt. Two terraces wrap around penthouse hotel suite, with large glass windows allowing for a seamless panoramic view from the inside-out.

Special care was taken to control topography, accomplished by coordinating custom rooftop soil installation details.

Over thirty mature wisteria vines were planted, fifteen trees, and over one thousand perennials. Specially – engineered bulk soil was craned up during installation. In order to create this unique environment, VERDANT offered a blend of design, horticultural expertise and construction management.
